There are many ways in which aerial mast photography could benefit you as a private individual, a small business or a corporate organization. Our aerial photographs will capture a birds-eye view of your home to highlight attractive landscaped gardens, water features and decked areas of the property. These photographs will emphasize and enhance the setting of your property within its surroundings, record property boundaries and can assist in resolving any disputes. Aerial photographs of your building can also allow you to see the state of roofing, chimney stacks, pointing etc, and have any issues resolved before they can become a major problem, also by presenting photos to a surveyor they can advise you on the best course of action, the added advantage is you have photographic proof before works are undertaken, so you are less likely to be "advised" by builders that extra costly work would be required. A framed aerial photograph can make the ideal gift for friends and family or even yourself. Should you be thinking of selling your property, the sales and marketing can greatly benefit from aerial photography by capturing an elevated 3 dimensional view of the property. Unlike traditional aircraft aerial photography, large areas of roof do not dominate the picture, and using our aerial system is much more cost effective than using aircraft, helicopters or balloons. Our images can be supplied both in hard copy format, or as a digital file for incorporation into advertising publications, sales particulars, web sites whatever the client's requirement dictates.
If you are carrying out renovations or adding to your property, we can also offer a "time lapse" photography service to homebuilders or developers. An example of which may be to keep up with progress on a building project. Several photos could be taken from the same vantage point at different times to record the project progress at intervals specified by the client. This provides a unique record of a project from start to finish. Or you could simply just have photographs of your property taken in each season.
